I am doing a project for a cancer charity and I am in need for photographs of people who have had or have breast cancer. It is a mixed media sculpural piece that will incorporate photos that will be montaged onto a torso of a woman with one breast opened. The open area will contain items that are relevant to a woman and her strength. The piece will be on display at: http://www.9-ah.com/breastcancer.html All proceeds go to the Relay for Life Charity walk! Please send photos with name of person to: pinky_no9@yahoo.com
Thanks sooo much and spoon on!

Non-Ice Cream Related
This past weekend, I hooked up with my bud, Sarah, from Indiana. We spent the weekend in Cleveland, Ohio...kinda half-way for both of us. I don't have ALL the photos yet, just the important ones :-) GUESS who we met???

Doggy sundaes
This past Sunday Kelly and I went to Bruster's, which is literally a 5 minute walk from her house and we got us some ice cream. Kelly had the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, and I couldn't decide. But I saw the "Toasted Almond" one, and asked the girl if that was chocolate ice cream. She said yes.
So she brings me this vanilla ice cream with almonds in it. And I said, "I thought it was chocolate ice cream?" And she said "It i..." - then taking a second look, she scrunched up her eyes and said "I THOUGHT it was!" Big revelation to her! She was very nice about it, not like she was a moron or nothing. Believing there are no accidents, I dutifully accepted and ate the vanilla ice cream with almonds in it.
And Kelly kept looking at me and laughing. "Look at Leah eating Vanilla ice cream", she kept saying.
But the really cute thing was that we brought Hank, her dog, and we ordered him a doggy sundae, which is a small scoop of vanilla ice cream with a dog biscuit in it! Isn't that adorable? He sucked it up in about 2 minutes flat.
